Walkers will move toward a world free of MS
More than 175 walkers will move toward a world free of multiple sclerosis with a walk taking place today for Walk MS: North Dakota, according to a news
The walk will take place at Edison Elementary School, 701-17th Ave. SW, Minot, with check-in beginning at 9 a.m. and the route opening at 10 a.m. Walkers can choose their distance starting and ending at Edison.
Funds raised will benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Upper Midwest Chapter. Walkers are expected to raise nearly $18,000 to support programs, services, direct financial assistance and cutting-edge research for people affected by multiple sclerosis.
