MHS sweeps Bismarck in softball

The Minot State University wrestling program announced the signings of four athletes Monday afternoon, including a pair of recruits from Mongolia.

Bat-Erdene Boldmaa, a 125-pounder from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, placed second in the Mongolian junior national tournament. Turbat Luwsamdorj, also from Ulaanbaatar, could wrestle at 133 or 141 pounds and was an all-national team member during his prep career.

Jordan Price, a 165-pounder from Declo, Idaho, is a transfer from Idaho State University, but didn’t wrestle for the Bengals.

The Beavers also signed McMinnville, Ore., native Tiger Paasch, who won the state championship at 170 pounds as a senior.
