Missing rancher’s body found, man charged
The Williams County Sheriff’s Office has released information on the body discovered Tuesday morning, identifying it as missing rancher Jack Sjol. Sjol, 58, was reported missing since April 24. The body was found during a warranted search of a property seven miles east of Williston, apparently the victim of homicide by gunshot wound.
Ryan Lee Stensaker, 33, has been charged with Class AA felony murder. Stensaker had recently been arrested on unrelated charges. He is being held at the Williams County Corrections Center, awaiting a bond hearing for all of his current charges.
