Williston residence hotel nears completion

WILLISTON Dakota Landing residence hotel in Williston is in the final phase of construction.

“Dakota Landing is proud to support the region’s evolving market growth as well as the economic development of our area by providing extended-stay housing accommodations for our guests that have a welcoming home-away-from-home feel,” said Trevor Gayler, general manager for Dakota Landing. “We are raising the bar for long-term stays with an alternative to the traditional options with higher quality all-inclusive amenities.”

The hotel at 5813 Jefferson Lane, on the west side of Williston, has 257 single and double rooms.

It will include:

Food services: Two meals a day, packed bag meals, hot breakfast, lunch program, dinner buffet and vending machines.

Business services: Dedicated business center, meeting spaces, wireless Internet access, ATM and machines

Recreational Services: Fitness center, pool and poker tables, televisions, and lounge area with TV.

Convenience services: Laundry services, parking with block heater hookups, on-site security and indoor boot room.

“Dakota Landing is answering the call for much-needed additional housing to serve the area’s rapidly-expanding population while contributing to a diversified economy that supports regional development and a good quality of life for our residents,” said Lee Lusht, interim executive director of the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce.

Dakota Landing, owned by Bakken Properties LLC, is scheduled for a late summer grand opening.
