Chantz Robert Ramberg, 21, of White Earth, left this earth far too early on Tuesday, June 25, 2013.
He was born Feb. 13, 1992, in Tioga, the son of Charles and Roberta (Feiring) Ramberg. He was a member of First Lutheran Church, White Earth, where he was baptized and confirmed. Chantz attended Tioga schools and graduated from Tioga High School in 2010, where he was a member of the FFA and the football team. He attended Bismarck State College where he received the training to become a certified lineman. Upon graduating, he obtained a job with Mountrail-Williams Electric Cooperative in Stanley.
Chantz loved his family and friends, farming and ranching with his dog Roxy, his job, and just overall living life to the fullest. Throughout Chantz’s life he was involved in many activities that he loved. These included 4-H, FFA, tractor driving, showing livestock, football, band and many more. During his time in Bismarck, Chantz enjoyed working for a landscaping company and at the sale barn. He was definitely adventurous and always up for a good time. There was never a dull moment around Chantz and he will always be remembered for his infamous smile.
Chantz is survived by: his parents, Charles and Roberta Ramberg; his brother, Gerard (Jennifer) of Snowflake, Ariz.; his sister, Katie, of White Earth; niece, Olivia; and nephew, James. He also leaves his maternal grandmother, Bernice Feiring of Tioga and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Chantz also leaves behind many close friends.
He was preceded in death by: his maternal grandfather, Robert Feiring, paternal grandparents, George and Olive Ramberg; uncles, Buddy Lawrence, Toby Weidmer, Wayne Ramberg, George Ramberg Jr., Jack Redmond; and aunt, Juanita Feiring.
There will be a gathering today, Sunday, at 5 p.m. at First Lutheran Church in White Earth. Everyone is welcome. The funeral will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the First Lutheran Church of Tioga. Burial will be in Kristiansand Cemetery, rural White Earth, Monday at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a memorial in Chantz’s name.
