Woman sentenced for sexual exploitation of minor
ROLLA Michelle Laducer, 38, Rolla, was sentenced Monday in federal court in Bismarck to 30 years in prison to be followed by lifetime supervision for her role in sexually exploiting a minor. She will also have to pay $1,223.16 in restitution and a $200 assessment to the Crime Victim’s Fund.
According to the office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of North Dakota Timothy Purdon, Laducer created multiple “images of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct using a cellular smart phone with camera capabilities.” She was also involved in the transportation of a minor into the state so another adult could also take sexually explicit photos.
The case was a part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative “to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.”
