Tara Rovig

Tara Rovig, 33, Minot, formerly of Berthold, died Monday, Sept. 23, in her home of natural causes.

Tara was born June 19, 1980, in Moorhead, Minn., and was adopted at seven weeks of age by Myron and Carol (Heller) Rovig. She was raised on the family farm south of Berthold and attended school in Berthold.

She was a generous person who would cut or color a friend’s hair, do someone’s nails or share whatever she could with a friend.

Tara was blessed with the birth of a daughter, Mystika, whom she loved with all her heart. They enjoyed swimming and swinging together as well as eating out with family and friends. She was a generous person who loved doing crafts, painting, and decorating her living space. She had a special love for anything that had to do with turtles.

Tara was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Berthold, where she was baptized and confirmed. She will be deeply missed by all who shared in her life.
