All employees and visitors to City Hall and the police station need to use the entrances on Second Avenue. Also, the detour remains in effect. Second Avenue will continue to be closed to through traffic in sections. The original detour route continues to be temporarily modified to reflect the construction at the 16th Street and Burdick Expressway intersection.
