BAZAAR TO BE HELD TODAY IN MINOT The annual fall bazaar at Vincent United Methodist Church, 1024-2nd St. SE, will be today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall on the south side of the church, which is handicapped accessible.
A traditional lunch of creamed turkey on biscuits will be served from 11 a.m. until gone. Pastries and coffee will be served from 9 to 11 a.m.
Crafts and baked goods will be available for sale. A silent auction, which will close at 1 p.m., will be held in conjunction with the bazaar.
ANNUAL BAZAAR AT ZION LUTHERAN IS TODAY The annual bazaar at Zion Lutheran Church, 1800 Hiawatha St., will be today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Muffins, juice and homemade pie and coffee will be available all day, with soup and breads served at noon.
Items for sale include baked goods, a “Holiday Room” for Christmas decorations, crocheted items and jewelry.
Raffle tickets for an outside arbor bench and three quilts will be sold. The drawing will be at 2 p.m.
MINOT CHURCH TO HOST ‘TRUNK OR TREAT’ EVENT A fall family fun night, “Trunk or Treat,” will be held Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at West Minot Church of God, 1105-16th St. NW.
The event will include hotdogs, chili and snacks plus a hayride, bonfire, games and treats.
People are encouraged to dress in their favorite costume for the event.
LUTEFISK AND MEATBALL SUPPER SCHEDULED IN STANLEY A lutefisk and meatball supper will be held Nov. 3 from 4 to 7 p.m. in American Lutheran Church, Stanley.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for youth ages 6 to 12. Preschoolers will not be charged.
Take-out orders will be available.
Supplemental funds have been applied for through Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
DATE SET FOR FIRST LUTHERAN BAZAAR, BAKE SALE A bazaar and bake sale will be held Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in First Lutheran Church, 120-5th Ave. NW.
Morning coffee with doughnuts and caramel and cinnamon rolls will be served with a lunch of chili in a bread bowl available for $6 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The event will include Grandma’s Attic, Craft Corner, Country Store with homemade jellies, boutique store, frozen apple pies, lefse, and doughnuts. Homemade pies (lemon, sour cream raisin, pumpkin and apple) will be served all day.
Raffle tickets will be sold at the door, with the drawing at 12:30 p.m. Monies raised from this event will go to missions.
LUTEFISK AND MEATBALL SUPPER TO BE SERVED SUNDAY IN TOWNER CHURCH A lutefisk, lefse and meatball supper will be served Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. in Zion Lutheran Church, Towner.
The cost will be $15 for adults and $5 for children ages 6 to 12. Take-out orders will be available for people who are homebound by calling 537-5711.
Greeting cards, napkins and other items will be available for sale during the supper.

WEEKEND MASS SCHEDULE CHANGED FOR TWO CHURCHES IN MINOT The Mass schedule for two Catholic churches in Minot has been changed for this weekend due to the Thirst Conference in Bismarck. The Diocese of Bismarck is hosting the conference, which started Friday and concludes Sunday.
Mass at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 2600 W. Central Ave., will be today at 5 p.m. and Sunday at 8 a.m. and Mass at St. Leo’s Catholic Church, 218-1st St. SE, will be today at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 8 and 9:30 a.m.
Mass times at St. Therese, Church of the Little Flower, 919-8th St. NW, and Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 707-16th Ave. SW, will remain the same. Mass at Little Flower will be today at 5:30 p.m. and Sunday at 8:30 and 11 a.m. and Mass at Our Lady of Grace will be today at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m.
