Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW

Agenda: The commission will consider plans by Cenex for a new facility downtown; a Holiday Station at the junction of U.S. Highway 83 Bypass and the U.S. Highway 2 & 52 West; manufactured home districts between U.S. Highway 52 and Ward County Road 19 and on Fifth Avenue Southwest, west of 12th Street; lot line adjustments in Minot Ag Complex; a subdivision request related to a new county office building under construction; construction of senior housing at 1810-2nd St. SE; a truck parking lot near Behm’s Truck Stop; a housing development in northwest Minot; and an Idlewood subdivision request.
