Henry G. Hager, 63, Surrey, died Saturday, March 8, 2014, at a Minot hospital.
Henry was born Oct. 20, 1950, in Harvey, the son of George and Marie (Volk) Hager. At the age of 3, Henry moved with his family to Surrey, where he was reared and educated. Henry graduated from Surrey High School in 1969. He worked for the Burlington Northern Railway as a brakeman for more than 18 years and later retired due to an accident.
Survivors: mother, Marie Hager, Minot; brother, Jerry (Karen) Hager, Minot; sisters, Dianna (Larry) Goodman, Minot, Helen Darvland, of Ashley, and Rose Moore, Redwood Falls, Minn.
Henry was preceded in death by his father, George.
Memorials: Are preferred to the American Lung Association.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial: Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 11 a.m., at St. Leo’s Catholic Church, Minot.
Burial: Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot. Burial will take place in the spring.
