They loved to dance and enjoyed attending festivals in the park, as well and the brass band concerts at Minot State University. The Norsk Hostfest event was never missed.
She and her family loved camping with friends at Lake Sakakawea and in Canada. Deloris and her husband enjoyed many travels taking them to 46 different states, including Hawaii. In 1998, she and her daughter traveled to Europe and saw seven different countries.
Deloris truly had a heart for service and compassion. After her children were raised she returned to college. She graduated as a registered nurse in 1988 from Trinity School of Nursing in Minot. Her nursing career was fulfilled caring for the many residents at Trinity Nursing Home in Minot.
