New country club to be unveiled

Minot Country Club will unveil to the public plans for its new course this Saturday at 6:30 p.m., in the Sleep Inn at Dakota Square Mall.

As they browse the designs for the upcoming club, attendees to the unveiling can meet the architect and new restaurateurs over hor d’oeuvres prepared by MCC’s new chef.

With construction to begin this spring, the new country club is anticipated to open in 2015. Designed by noted golf course architect Jim Engh, the par-72 course will boast a world-class golfing experience. In addition to the pro shop, locker facilities and restaurant, the clubhouse will also host a conference room, member pool, and facilities for year-round family activities.

The event will be free to the public. Prospective attendees can RSVP by emailing or by calling 720-0775.
