Farm Credit gives to Minot DVCC
Minot’s Domestic Violence Crisis Center recently received a $36,500 Rural Community Grant Fund award from Farm Credit Services of North Dakota to assist with construction of DVCC’s new facility.
“We are happy to award funds for a project to help build a new facility to provide better services and quality of life for their clients,” said Claude Sem, CEO of Farm Credit Services. “Farm Credit is proud to help support and strengthen community organizations such as the DVCC.”
Farm Credit Services of North Dakota, Farm Credit Services of Mandan and Agribank established the Rural Community Grant Fund to assist in the implementation and development of projects and programs in communities and rural areas in western North Dakota which have been impacted by mineral exploration.
