Fuller to speak at DC-B

Retiring Minot State University and Dakota College at Bottineau president David Fuller will speak at Dakota College at Bottineau’s graduation ceremony at 3 p.m. May 16 in Thatcher Hall.

Some 140 students will receive 150 degrees, diplomas and certificates.

In 2004, Fuller was appointed the 10th president of Minot State University and is now serving in his 10th year as the university’s chief administrator. As the president of Minot State, Fuller is also the president of Dakota College at Bottineau. Between the two institutions, he is responsible for more than 4,400 students and 550 faculty and staff.
