Gordon Seter, 83, Billings, Mont., died Thursday in a Billings health care facility.
He was born July 9, 1931, to Carl and Mina Seter, in Bottineau. He served in the Army Signal Corps from 1953 to 1955, including time overseas in Pusan, Korea. He married Betty Stanfield on Sept. 12, 1959, in Huron, S.D.
Survivors: wife, Billings, Mont.; sons, Steven, Billings, Mont.; Richard, Federal Way, Wash., David, Kuna, Idaho; daughter, Catherine Thompson, Brentwood, Calif.; nine grandchildren; brothers, Lester, Calvin and Art; sisters, Vivian Seter, Shirley Johnson, Marcia Foss, and Margaret Budd.
Memorial service: Wednesday, 11 a.m., Turtle Mountain Lutheran Church, Bottineau County.
Burial: Turtle Mountain Lutheran Cemetery, Bottineau County.
Memorials are preferred to the Wounded Warrior Project.
