Amy Engelhard, Minot, was hired as the data steward by the North Dakota Educational Council. She began her position Aug. 1. Her office is on the Minot State University campus. Engelhard received a bachelor of science degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, and a master of education degree from Minot State.

She most recently was a performance strategist for Dakota and Roosevelt Elementary Schools in Minot.

Minot State University has announced the hiring of Karen Elliot and Cole Krueger.

Elliot, who is the secretary for teacher advisement and field placement, is also enrolled at Minot State University and working toward completing a bachelor’s degree in English. She previously worked for Kalix.

Krueger is an admissions counselor in the Office of Enrollment Services. He earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from MSU and was last employed by Minot’s CACI International.

Ethan Gefroh has joined the Ackerman-Estvold Minot office as a landscape designer. Gefroh earned bachelor of landscape architecture and bachelor of environmental design degrees from North Dakota State University, Fargo, in May. He previously worked as a planning intern with the City of Minot.
