WORSHIP SERVICE PLANNED IN OAK PARK – Bible Fellowship Church, of Minot, will hold a worship service in Oak Park at Picnic Shelter No. 10 on Sunday at 10:45 a.m. The service is open to the public.

A potluck meal will follow the service and people are encouraged to bring a dish to share.

In case of inclement weather, the service will be held at the church located at 1720-4th Ave. NW, Minot.

XYZ GROUP TO MEET THURSDAY – First Baptist Church XYZ, a senior adult ministry for people in the 50-plus age group, will meet Thursday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 200-3rd St. SW.

A ministry of music program will be presented by the Rev. Jonathan Starks Family of Calvary Church, Ryder.

Refreshments will be served.

AWANA CLUBS TO RESUME SESSIONS IN MINOT – Awana Clubs sessions will resume on Sept. 10 at 6:30 p.m. in First Baptist Church, 200-3rd St. SW, Minot.

Awana is a nondenominational ministry for children who are age 3 by July 31 and youth through the 12th grade. It is a Bible-centered program where children and youth can learn about God and his Word, meet new friends and participate in games.

Awana will meet every Wednesday night during the school year from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
